Kailash Vahn started its first manufacturing unit at Alandi in 1986 on the outskirts of industrial city of Pune in Maharashtra, strategically located in the automotive hub of Western India and the near vicinity to the ports for supply of automotive bodies to all the OEM’s. The plant is located in area measuring 85000 sq mtrs.

With the vision to serve all the OEM’s on Pan India basis second and third plants of Kailash Vahn were started in year 1994 and 2013 in the industrial area of Attibele in outskirts of Bangalore in Karnataka and near Chennai respectively for manufacturing of Automotive application bodies of various capacities for various OEM’s. These locations ware strategically chosen being in the fast-developing automotive hub. These plants are located in land admeasuring 32500 square mtrs and 41000 square mtrs with modern facilities for building automotive super structures.
